Any agreements for roofing work are strictly between the homeowner and the selected contractor.

We are not responsible for any acts, omissions, errors, or disputes arising from work performed by contractors. Homeowners are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before entering into agreements.

All inspections, reports, and consultations provided by Roof Advocates, LLC d/b/a Roof Advocates of Tampa Bay are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection and are intended for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee the discovery of all defects, hidden damage, or future issues. Conditions may change over time due to weather, wear and tear, or other factors. Our services should not be considered a warranty or guarantee of roof condition or performance.
